Siddarth Sampath is a technology leader and subject‑matter expert in liquid filtration, contamination control, and purification for the semiconductor industry. He serves as Director of Global WEC Solution Engineering at Entegris, where he leads customer‑focused engineering teams delivering next‑generation capabilities for advanced manufacturing. With more than a decade at Entegris, Siddarth has held roles spanning quality, metrology, and applications engineering, enabling him to translate complex process challenges into scalable, high‑impact technologies. He has contributed to numerous patents and trade secrets supporting Entegris’ technology leadership in liquid contamination control and has presented at a wide range of industry conferences and technical meetings. Siddarth holds an MS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is an active contributor to SEMI conferences and standards committees.
