BIOGRAPHY
Toshi Kumai is currently the VP of Marketing in the DSS BU (Diverse Systems and Solutions Business Unit) at Tokyo Electron headquarters. In this role he is in charge of new business development and equipment planning for emerging devices in the More-than-Moore device market. Prior to his current position, he was the Marketing VP of TFF BU (Thin Film Formation Business Unit), where he was responsible for marketing activities of deposition business for products such as vertical furnaces and single wafer deposition tools for several years. Prior to joining TEL in 1998, he was in charge of DRAM process integration at Texas Instruments. He holds a BS degree from Nihon University in Japan.
