Dr. Sharma joined JSR in 2008 and currently serves as Staff Product Development Engineer in the Lithography R&D group. In her role, she is responsible for the development of next-generation patterning materials and processes.
Prior to joining JSR, Dr. Sharma was an Intel Research Fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab.
Dr. Sharma received a PhD in Chemistry from Purdue University in 2005 and holds more than 25 authored or co-authored publications.
