Easwar currently serves as the Managing Director of Engineering at Lam Research in the Deposition Product Group. He joined Novellus Systems in 1997 as a Technologist. Over the years, he has held various positions at Novellus and Lam Research managing technology, new product development, product marketing, and hardware design and development organizations. In his current role, he is focused on the development of materials and deposition equipment solutions for the next-generation technology needs of the semiconductor industry.
Prior to joining Novellus/Lam, he obtained his PhD in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
