Charlie Wallace is a Senior Principal Engineer and Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation in the Logic Technology Development Division. His work focuses primarily on developing patterning solutions for advanced process nodes. Charlie has worked at Intel since 1998 and has been involved in the development of lithography/ patterning processes for every technology node since the 0.25 um node. Charlie has more than 50 US patents published or pending on a wide range of topics related to semiconductor device manufacturing, chemistry, and metrology. He earned a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from UCLA and a B.S. in chemistry from Loyola Marymount University.
