Dr. Rusu joined Intel Corporation in April 2021 to serve as a Director. Prior to Intel, Dr. Rusu was a Senior Director at Lam Research Corporation. She joined Lam after graduate school and has been with Lam for 20 years. She started as a process engineer and advanced to hold various leadership positions in Dielectric Etch, 3DIC, Emerging Business, and CTO organizations. Dr. Rusu received a PhD in Physical Chemistry, with a focus in Surface Science, from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
