Ted Hammer, Air Force Research Laboratory, Airman Systems Directorate

Ted Harmer is an Electronics Engineer and Research Lead for Performance Enabled Operational Training Environments in the Warfighter Readiness and Interfaces Division at the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. He has designed and implemented multiple DoD Operations Centers, most notably in the USAF Combat Search and Rescue community. He is currently collaborating on several efforts which share bio-telemetry data as decision indicators and mitigate safety risks during training in austere environments.
