Presentation Title
Investing in Vietnam: Experience From a Technology Innovator’s Viewpoint
Since its humble beginning with just a few core team members in 2014, Microchip Vietnam had evolved to become one of the development centers of Microchip. With the number of semiconductor companies setting up offices in Vietnam increases recently, Microchip continues to invest to grow its presence in Vietnam, both headcount and testing capability.
This presentation will take the audience through the process of recruiting and retaining the engineering talent in Vietnam. In addition, addressing the challenges through training and innovation programs, which has been instrumental in building a group of very enthusiastic and talented engineers in the field of semiconductor, which is relatively new to Vietnam.
