BIOGRAPHY
Kyle Ritchey-Noll is the director of education and workforce policy at the Oregon Business Council (OBC) and co-director of the FAST Workforce Committee. OBC, a business roundtable focused on strengthening Oregon’s economy and shared prosperity, leads key semiconductor policy initiatives, including the Oregon Semiconductor Competitiveness Task Force. Kyle leads the Oregon Semiconductor Talent Consortium and has a deep background in public policy, business engagement, strategic partnerships, and STEM education. Previously, Kyle was the executive director of the Oregon Council of the American Electronics Association (AeA), the state’s high-tech trade association. Kyle was awarded the Portland Business Journal 40 Under 40 award and Tech Champion of the Year by TAO. She serves as a founder and Board President of Oregon STEM, and as a member of the Oregon MESA Advisory Board, the STEM Investment Council Advisory Board, the Statewide CTE Advisory Council, and the Future Ready Oregon Manufacturing and Technology Industry Consortia.
