As Vice President of Global Public Policy and Advocacy, Joe leads the development and execution of strategies to advance the interests of the semiconductor industry and priorities of SEMI members worldwide. Prior to joining SEMI, Joe was Senior Director of International Trade and Regulatory Affairs for SH Hynix America.
Joe has twenty years of policy and advocacy experience in Washington D.C., including positions at the Semiconductor Industry Association, Applied Materials, the Information Technology Industry Council, and staff positions for two U.S. Senators. He holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond. Joe is a member of the New York State Bar Association, admitted in 2007.
