BIOGRAPHY
As an Enterprise Fellow/Vice-President in the Advanced Innovation and Technology (AIT) Team, Paul is responsible for the corporate logic technology roadmap and partner and technology engagement strategy at Entegris.
His professional career began at Advanced Micro Devices where he researched novel materials for semiconductor process technology and led technology development teams, becoming an AMD Fellow. Paul has thrived in technology development and senior contributor roles at AMD, IBM, Unity Semiconductor, GlobalFoundries, Lam Research, ARM and now Entegris.
Paul studied Materials Science and Engineering in college, graduating from NCSU (B.S.) and Stanford University (M.S. and Ph.D.). He has co-authored >100 research publications, holds >260 U.S. patents, is an IEEE Senior member and was inducted into the NCSU Materials Science and Engineering Hall of Fame.
