BIOGRAPHY
Navin Bishnoi is the Associate Vice President and India Country Manager at Marvell India, where he leads business and engineering operations, drives growth, and represents the company externally. He has led Custom ASIC Design across Networking, Processors, Cloud, Automotive, and AI/ML domains, with prior roles at IBM, Freescale, Cadence, and Texas Instruments. An alumnus of NIT Karnataka, Navin is a long-time contributor to India’s semiconductor ecosystem through EDA standards, industry associations, and national initiatives. He is a founding member of ITC India and TTTC India and served as General Chair of ITC India for its first five years. He has also contributed to the Karnataka State Skilling Committee, Karnataka Startup Jury, and the India Semiconductor R&D Ecosystem Advisory Committee.
Navin currently serves as Vice Chairperson of the Executive Council at IESA.
