Dr. Binh is a distinguished senior researcher in industrial development, with a focus on manufacturing industries. For the past 20 years, she has been a key contributor at the Institute for Industrial Policy and Strategy, where she conducts research and provides policy consulting for the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Her significant contributions to the advancement of supporting industries in Vietnam have led to her election as Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Association for Supporting Industry (VASI) since its inception in 2017. Under Binh's leadership, VASI has successfully supported hundreds of Vietnamese manufacturing companies in meeting international standards and capabilities, effectively connecting them with global supply chains. Dr. Binh holds a B.A. and a PhD in Economics from the National Economics University in Hanoi, Vietnam (1993, 2010), as well as an MBA from the University of Leipzig in Germany (2002).
