Dr. Huynh Phu Minh Cuong

Vice Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, HCMC University of Technology (HCMUT)

Huynh Phu Minh Cuong received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, USA in 2012. From 2006 to 2012, he was a research assistant at the Sensing, Imaging and Communications System Lab, Texas A&M University where he designed CMOS/BiCMOS multi-band RF intergrated circuits for radar and wireless communications systems working up to 50 GHz. From 2011 to 2012, he joined the Mobile and Wireless Group at Broadcom Inc., Irvine, CA, USA where he was involved in the design and verification of CMOS RF transceivers for cellular communications. Dr. Cuong Huynh is currently a Vice Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, HCMUT. His current research interests include Microwave Engineering and CMOS/BiCMOS Analog/RF/MMW integrated circuits for sensing, IoT and communication systems.
