Alice Quesenberry is an Oregon native, growing up on a grass seed farm south of Monmouth. She attended the United States Military Academy, West Point earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and was commissioned into the US Army in 1994. On active duty for three years, she was in Air Defense Artillery and served in Germany and Saudi Arabia.
Alice started her career in semiconductor manufacturing with Qorvo (formerly TriQuint Semiconductor) in 2000 in Hillsboro, Oregon, and also served in the US Army Reserves, working from Vancouver Barracks, Washington until 2004. She received an advanced degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University in 2013. At Qorvo, she worked in various operations roles including test, planning, engineering, and wafer fab manufacturing. From 2018 to 2021, she was the Site Production Director for CMC Materials in Hillsboro, Oregon where the team manufactured CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) polishing pads for the semiconductor industry. She joined Lam Research in April 2021 as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering in the Tualatin, Oregon HVM (High Volume Manufacturing) factory. She has three teenagers (Rachel 19, Sarah 18, Brian 18), lives in Sherwood, Oregon, and is known for experimenting with amazing pizza recipes.
