Jade Mende’s passion for technology and innovation led her to take on increasingly challenging roles at Tektronix, culminating in her current position as Operations Systems Architect. This role has a digital transformation focus in bringing an Industry 4.0 innovation process and culture to a very execution focused organization.
Jade's accomplishments at Tektronix include managing the transition of Tektronix waterfall product development to an agile global framework, giving her the skills necessary to manage complex projects and drive meaningful change. Additionally, she has served as a Fortive Business Systems Leader for improvements in product development, commercial, service, manufacturing and quality. With experience in Prosci Change Management, Lean Sigma, process engineering, training and User Experience (UX), she has a unique perspective that makes her suitable as an architect of holistic systems that include data, people, and processes. Jade is a divergent and convergent thinker, enjoying the challenge of bringing together varied disciplines to solve complex problems. She has a passion for technology and innovation, and driving the organization to explore new ideas and approaches that abound in Industry 4.0
