Diana serves clients along the semiconductor value chain, including foundries, fabless, compound/advanced materials provider, and laser optics players. Focusing on shaping growth strategies and implementing transformational changes in Semiconductor/Advanced Electronics industry.
Relevant experience:
-Led growth strategy for advanced optics/materials player in wafer fabrication equipment market
-Led strategy for leading semiconductor foundry on product portfolio, fab footprint optimization, and technology differentiation
-Drove growth strategy on analog & power products for leading IC design house
Prior to joining McKinsey, Diana have worked in Applied Materials and KLA-Tencor as a process engineer manager and worked extensively with leading foundries on plasma etch and front-end logic CMOS process integration. Diana received her Master's degree (Materials Science & Engineering) from Stanford University.
