BIOGRAPHY

Justin Badlam is a Knowledge Expert for McKinsey & Company’s Public Sector practice. In his role, Justin advises clients and McKinsey leadership on global public policy and regulatory developments, executive branch priorities, and key macroeconomic issues. He serves as McKinsey’s lead expert on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, CHIPS and Science Act, and Inflation Reduction Act. Prior to joining McKinsey, Justin held positions at a boutique advisory firm and the US Chamber of Commerce where he helped Fortune 500 companies navigate public policy and geopolitical developments. Justin holds a Masters of Public Policy from the Schar School of Public Policy at George Mason University with a focus on science and technology policy. He lives in the Washington, DC area with his family.
