BIOGRAPHY
David Brewster is Managing Director of the Technology Sector for JobsOhio, Ohio's private economic developer. In his role, Dave leads the state-level economic development efforts to build up and scale out the semiconductor industry in Ohio. He has extensive applied learning in electronics engineering working with FPGA's, ASIC's, and microelectronics for the US Air Force's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency.
After separating from the military, Dave entered the workforce in the interdisciplinary field of systems engineering, providing design, integration, and management of large-scale UNIX supercomputers, RISC and PowerPC-based systems, mainframes, and data storage platforms within Tier III and Tier IV data centers.
Dave holds a master's degree in organizational effectiveness and lives in central Ohio.
