Etienne Verilhac is the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Operations, of NXP Front-End Operations. Etienne joined NXP-Freescale in 2011 as Director of Global Industrial Engineering then Director of Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM). In his various roles, Etienne built a strong expertise in continuous improvement and smart manufacturing. He initiated and sponsored the deployment of key programs such as:
- Free Capacity Program (increasing capacity at constant cycle time without CAPEX)
- RTD (Real Time Dispatching) and paperless automation in Final Test Factories
- LP based capacity model to optimize assets utilization in Wafer Fabs and Assembly/Test
- FPS dashboard & schedulers to improve productivity and cycle time
- OEE tracking systems to improve capacity and execution
- Process time extractor to monitor and model equipment throughput
- Replacement of fabs legacy transport systems hardware and software
- IE Database to store capacity models for planning, investment, costing and staffing
Prior to joining NXP, Etienne worked for STMicroelectronics in various positions based in France and in Arizona. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
