Dr. Marc Fueldner joined Infineon Technologies in 1999 pioneering R&D in MEMS microphones. In 2004, Marc obtained his PHD from the University of Erlangen with focus on MEMS microphone design, fabrication and simulation. He launched the first Infineon MEMS microphone in 2006 and the innovative dual back plate MEMS microphone in 2014. Between 2010 and 2012, he joined Analog Devices as a field application engineer for automotive inertial MEMS sensors. In 2012, Marc rejoined Infineon, and is heading since then the MEMS Design and Product Engineering Group for Consumer Sensors. Marc holds more than 20 patents in the field of MEMS design, technology and packaging.
