Ben Hansen is the VP of Biomechanics & Innovation at Motus Global. He completed his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Mathematics at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He also pursued a PhD in Biomedical-electronics at Marquette University while working for the Milwaukee Brewers' biomechanics lab. During his graduate studies, he competed a research fellowship at the American Sports Medicine Institute's biomechanics lab.
Hansen departed his graduate studies to join Motus as their first employee in 2012, and leads the technology team to design IMU hardware, sensor-based biomechanics algorithms, and software projection systems for human workload management.
