As we enter the era of Smart Manufacturing, applications driven by Artificial Intelligence are being utilized to assist manufacturers in the production of semiconductors. This presentation introduces examples on how these smart applications, in combination with trace analytics, enable engineers to be more effective in detecting problems, determining root causes, and predicting impending issues.
