Quentin Smets received the Erasmus Mundus Master in nanoscience and nanotechnology jointly from KULeuven, Belgium, and the Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden, in 2010. He received his PhD degree from KU Leuven in 2016, focusing on III-V TFETs at imec, Belgium. He is now device engineer focusing on MOSFETs and TFETs made with 2D materials.
