Sairam Agraharam is senior principal Engineer at Intel corporation. He got his PhD in chemical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2000. He has been working at Intel for the past 19 years in assembly and test technology development and specializes in die to package integration, assembly/substrate processing and novel package architectures (EMIB, Foveros).
