Richard Beaudry is the CEO of CEO Digitho + Consulting services at RB-MEMS Consultant. Richard has extensive experience in MEMS microfabrication, expertise in Microfabrication, Plasma etching, Photolithography, Material Science, MEMS, MOEMS, Photonics and Optoelectronics.
24 years of experience in semiconductor industry as process scientist, process integration, consultant and entrepreneur. 13 years directly in charge of plasma etching systems for R&D and volume manufacturing. Since 2017, offering consulting services for MEMS process/product development as well as some plasma etching advices and courses. Recently started DIGITHO Technologies that is pioneering programmable photomask for lithography equipment.
