TDK Invensense—Product Showdown 5

Enriching Spatial Audio with Head Tracking

ABSTRACT

With the revolution of Metaverse and the soaring demand of TWS headsets, there is a strong need to achieve the most immersive 360 Spatial Audio experience at the lowest power possible. This is a huge challenge for the motion sensor industry as this requires an accurate head pose estimation from a 6-axis sensor without consuming mA power. TDK introduces the lowest power 360 immersive Head Orientation solution that can accurate 3D head pose estimate at 3x lower power than any solution in the market. This could allow the users to enhance the ‘experience’ for a longer period without worrying about a drained battery. This also finds great utility in AR glasses as well for simulations, navigation and education and health experiences as well.
