Speaker Biographies

Galya Stovea Galya Stoeva brings 18 years of experience in the Semiconductor and Microelectronics industry, holding key roles in sales, business development, strategic marketing, and corporate branding. Galya is currently the Co-Chief Sales Officer for North America at IceMOS Technology, leading the sales strategy for SOI and Engineered Si wafers.  Ms. Stoeva holds MS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA degree. 
Naoto Horiguchi Naoto Horiguchi is a director of logic CMOS device technology program in imec, Leuven, Belgium. He started his carrier in semiconductor device R&D in Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. in 1992. In 1992-1999, he was engaged in device development by using semiconductor nano structures in Fujitsu laboratories Ltd. and University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2000 to 2006, he was engaged in 90-45nm CMOS technology development in Fujitsu Ltd. From 2006, he is with imec, Leuven, Belgium, where he is engaged in advanced CMOS device R&D together with worldwide industrial partners, universities, and research institutes. His current focus is CMOS device scaling for 1nm technology node and beyond.
Scotten Jones Scotten W. Jones (Scott) has over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor and MEMS industries. Mr. Jones has designed, built and run wafer fabs, been co-general manager of a semiconductor division and vice president of engineering at a MEMS start-up. For the last 20 years Mr. Jones has served as president of IC Knowledge LLC, the world leader in cost modeling of semiconductor and MEMS products. At IC Knowledge Mr. Jones expertise is in semiconductor and MEMS technology, cost and economics and he has widely published in these areas as well as leading the development of IC Knowledge's cost models.
