SEMI Standards
The SEMI Standards Program brings together experts to exchange ideas and work towards developing globally accepted technical standards.
Starting from 50 mm to 450 mm wafer diameter, the SEMI Standards Program has served as the platform for development of silicon material specifications and test methods standards enabling across the microelectronics industry.
Today, the Silicon Wafer Global Technical Committees continue to develop new Standards, examining topics such as, material, wafer geometry, inspection equipment, and other for semiconductor industry.
