Bob Smith

Executive Director, ESDA Alliance

Bob is Executive Director of the Electronic System Design (ESD) Alliance a SEMI Technology Community. He began his career as an analog design engineer at Hewlett-Packard and has spent more than 35 years in various roles in executive management, marketing, and business development primarily working with startup and early stage companies including Synopsys, LogicVision and Magma Design Automation.

He maintains his own technology consulting business and is the co-owner of Jazz Cellars, a boutique California winery that he co-founded in 2005.

Bob received his BSEE from U.C. Davis and his MSEE from Stanford University.

Dr. Mary Ann Maher received her PhD from Caltech in 1989 in the area of semiconductor device modeling. She has over 30 years of experience in the area of electronic design automation (EDA) for MEMS, sensors, and analog circuits. She held positions at Tanner Research and MEMSCAP before starting SoftMEMS in 2004 to provide design software to the microsystems market. She currently serves as CEO of SoftMEMS.

Greg Lebsack

General Manager, ICDS Division, Siemens EDA

Greg Lebsack brings 25 years of executive and technical management experience — along with a proven track record of building strong teams and delivering predictable results — to his role as general manager of the ICDS division of Siemens EDA. Lebsack joined Mentor Graphics in 2015 after that company acquired Tanner EDA, where he was president. Prior to Tanner EDA, he held management and technical positions in a number of different industries and companies, including Sprint, General Electric and McKinsey & Co. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University.
