Bertrand Loy

 

Bertrand Loy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Entegris and a member of its board of directors. Mr. Loy joined the company in 2005 as part of the merger with Mykrolis, where he had served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2001.

Mr. Loy serves as Chairman on the board of SEMI, a global association providing industry stewardship and promoting the interests of the global electronics supply chain.
