BIOGRAPHY
Ben graduated from Boston University in May 2018 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He started at ASML in December 2018 working as a mechanical design engineer on ASML’s DUV systems. In 2019, he moved to ASML’s EUV machines and helped design a portion of the Reticle Handling function on ASML’s EXE5000 machine. Since the shipment of this machine, he has worked for multiple new products for ASML’s EUV business line. His role at ASML now is a mechanical design architect. This role includes working with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to lay out future machine architecture and setting requirements to meet key roadmap items. Ben’s favorite part about working at ASML is the technology and the people. He enjoys working both within his mechanical team and with members of other disciplines. He is proud to work for ASML and lead the cutting edge of semiconductor technology.
