BIOGRAPHY

David Lin

Dr. David Lin, is a Principal Engineer of Microsystems at GE Research. His work focuses on MEMS inertial sensor design, modeling and reliability.  David has 21 years of industrial experience in MEMS sensor development and a proven track record of bringing MEMS inertial sensors from concept generation to production. David is the inventor of the GE Multi-Ring Gyroscope (MRG) technology and GE Polaris fabrication technology. He is also a Principal Investigator or key contributor to several navigation-grade inertial projects including SEMI-ARL PNT, DARPA MRIG, DARPA PRIGM:AIMS and DOE Geothermal.
