Next-gen MEMS for a Sustainable Sensorization
ABSTRACT
MEMS and sensors form the critical bridge between the physical and digital worlds in our daily interactions with technology. As we move towards a more sustainable future, it is essential to develop smarter and more accurate products that improve human health, safety, and comfort while, protecting the environment. This approach drives the creation of innovative products and applications, including smart sensors with machine learning core and ISPU, presence sensors, and energy scavengers, as well as the development of new eco-compatible technologies and materials that will shape a more sustainable future.
