BIOGRAPHY
Lucia Greenblatt is the Head of Semiconductors and Electronics in MUFG’s Global Corporate and Investment Banking Group for the Americas. In her role, Lucia is responsible for the bank’s sector strategy in the Americas, and managed the execution of public and private capital raises in excess of $50B, including financing packages for the largest semiconductor acquisitions in the US over the last decade. She joined the bank in 2012 and spearheads the coverage of more than 30 public and private semiconductor and electronics clients.
Prior to joining MUFG, Lucia was a banker in BNP Paribas’ Technology Banking Group. She has 26 years of experience in various finance roles, including banking, enterprise restructuring, and valuation services. Lucia started banking the semiconductor industry in-depth at the trough of the cycle in 2008 and has navigated through 4 cycles.
Lucia earned her MBA in Finance from UCLA – Anderson School of Management. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds FINRA Series 63, 7, 79 and SIE licenses. Lucia is based in MUFG’s San Francisco office.
