Ivy Qin is a Senior Director of Engineering at Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. Ivy received MS and Ph.D. degrees from University of Pennsylvania in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics. She received over 35 patents in wire bonding technology and published over 50 technical papers.
