為確保評選過程公平客觀，書面審查將依報名者所選組別，從不同面向綜合評估其專業表現與實際貢獻。請參賽者依據各組評分重點，具體說明個人經歷與成果，以利評審委員全面理解您的影響力與潛力。 

【創新能力組】具專利成果、技術創新或突破性商業模式，展現產業競爭力提升之實質影響。
【領導力組】帶領團隊達成目標、解決挑戰，並實現突破性成果。
【技術組】於半導體相關技術領域具專業深度與實務成果，對產品或製程具關鍵貢獻。
【產業貢獻組】於產業合作、標準制定、人才培育或市場拓展等面向，具明確影響力。
【產學應用組】於專利技轉或產學合作中展現具體成果與產業影響力之專任教師。本組限學術機構之「專任教師」申請，如助理教授、副教授、教授。
