This agreement is primarily intended for original, previously unpublished material submitted to SEMI for publication at their respective conferences. It is important that all contributors sign this agreement to permit unrestricted worldwide publication by all publishing agents chosen by SEMI.
SEMI as a not-for-profit trade association, representing the global electronics manufacturing supply chain, requires a right to publish in order to enable other parties to use and benefit from the material. SEMI does not seek to unreasonably constrain or profit from the publication of this material and immediately reassigns unrestricted rights to publish or copy to the authors and all publishing agents chosen by SEMI.
The undersigned hereby warrants that the work is original and that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment. Author(s) and Employers retain all proprietary rights in any process; procedure or article of manufacture described in the work and similarly have unrestricted rights to reuse this work within their organizations or for themselves and in other derivative works.
The undersigned hereby grants to SEMI permission to use his/her name, voice, image, likeness and biographical information in all forms and media including parts or modified representations for promotional material or presentation programmes related to the Conference and acknowledges that SEMI will give proper credit to the author(s).
