CONFERENCE ATTIRE
- Resort wear and/or aloha shirts are appropriate for all conference sessions and activities.
- Attendees often wear open collar oxford golf shirts.
- While the setting is warm and casual, the air-conditioned conference room can be cool at times, so please plan accordingly.
CONFERENCE CHECK-IN
- The SEMI Registration Desk is located at the Ballroom Pre-Function Area (Lobby Level).
GENERAL SESSION
- The general session is in the Ocean Ballroom, lower lobby level. For your convenience, there is wi-fi available in the ballroom, and you will be able to download the most current presentations from a password-protected website. Instructions will be available upon checking in at the SEMI Desk.
PRESENTATION ACCESS
- A PDF version of the approved speaker presentations will be made available on the secure website for registered attendees after the conference. Access details will be provided at check-in.

- Join us for the outdoor Welcome Reception at 18:00, Sunday, November 3, near the SEMI Registration Desk.
- Conference registration includes outdoor receptions, coffee breaks, breakfasts, and lunches.
- All conference sessions will be held in the Ocean Ballroom, Lobby Level.
SPOUSE PARTICIPATION
- Registered spouses are invited to join the evening receptions & banquets.
- Conference meals (breakfast and lunch) are not included.
- Participation is limited to the speaker’s spouse only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate other members of the speaker’s party, and children are not allowed at the event.
