BIOGRAPHY
Ms Seraphina Seng joined ASM in September 2021 and is Director leading Government Relations and Public Affairs at ASM. In this role, she is focused on building partnerships with public sector and industry stakeholders in key markets, to raise the profile and position of ASM as a trusted economic partner in support of ASM’s strategic business priorities.
Seraphina is Co-Chair of the Singapore WeCare Club, ASM’s employee resource group to engage with and contribute meaningfully to communities in the areas of sustainability and charity.
Seraphina has a strong track record across both the private and public sector. She began her career at the Singapore Economic Development Board as an industry development officer for information and communications technology. Following, she joined Applied Materials where she took on various positions in regional strategy, corporate development and communications before becoming Head of Communications and Strategic Affairs for Southeast Asia in 2016. Before ASM, Seraphina was Vice President, International Relations at Temasek International, a global investment company owned by the Singapore Ministry of Finance, with responsibilities for European and Singapore policy and engagement.
Seraphina graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) double majoring in Communication Studies and Economics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
