BIOGRAPHY
Ilsup Jin is senior vice president and head of DRAM/NAND technology development in R&D center at SK hynix. He is responsible for the research and development of next generation DRAM/NAND and future technology roadmap.
Previously, Jin was head of DRAM process integration in DRAM product division, where he was in charge of developing premium DRAM products to transfer to HVM.
Prior to joining SK hynix, Jin started his semiconductor career as a process integration engineer at Intel and had technical leadership role is 32, 14, 10, 7nm node development projects.
Jin earned his Ph.D. degree in materials science and engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
