Carolin Seward, Google

BIOGRAPHY

Carolin Seward has decades of experience in the Silicon Industry. She Is currently VP of Custom Silicon Sourcing and Operations at Google. Her organization Is responsible for Sourcing, Development and Manufacturing Engineering Operations, Factory Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Management of all the Foundry and OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly And Test) Suppliers for Google’s Consumer Hardware Business Units throughout the product life cycle.  

Prior to Google, Carolin held several positions at Intel Corporations.  She was the VP and GM of Sourcing and Supplier Management in the Global External Manufacturing Sourcing Organization at Intel Corporation. She also served as Vice President and General Manager of the Data Center Solutions Group. In this role, she was responsible for Delivering Integrated Data Center Systems with the best customer experience and optimized for the P&L. She also held several roles In the Technology Manufacturing Group including Vice President and Director of Global Supply Management for Assembly/Test Equipment and Materials, including Substrates. She spent several years In Front end Wafer Manufacturing Equipment Supply Chain in various roles, managing supply chain strategy and key equipment accounts.  

Carolin is on the SEMI Board of Industry Leaders and has sponsored many women In Technology and Supply Chain Initiatives. She Received the Top 50 Women Leaders of San Francisco Award In 2022. She Received Her BS In Materials Engineering from San Jose State University and Her MBA From Pepperdine University.
