BIOGRAPHY
John Foley is the Director of Product Management of the Ball Bonder Business Unit at Kulicke and Soffa Industries. He works closely with package design companies to ensure ball bonder equipment can meet all current and future packaging challenges. Recent focus has shifted towards enabling Industry 4.0 Smart Factory solutions, including factory automation, using big data for FDC and tool health monitoring. John has been with Kulicke and Soffa for almost 25 years and holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering and an MBA.
