BIOGRAPHY
Gautham Unni serves as Head of Business Development for Semiconductors Smart Manufacturing at AWS. He is responsible for building solutions that accelerate to improvement of manufacturing efficiency across the semiconductor supply chain by harnessing the capability of the AWS cloud.
Prior to joining AWS, he spent over a decade in semiconductor manufacturing at GlobalFoundries, Lam Research and Applied Materials in roles such as process engineering, product development and product management/marketing. He has extensive knowledge of the chip manufacturing process, foundry operations and an expert in etch technology.
He has a PhD in chemical engineering, and outside of work enjoys the hiking and backpacking.
