Ming-Chang WuBIOGRAPHY

Bright Wu works for Hon Hai Research Institute as cyber governance and cyber risk professional. He is one of founding members for Cybersecurity Committee (2021) and Fab & Equipment Information Security Task Force(2018), Information and Control Committee at SEMI Taiwan. Appointed by Taiwan Corporate Governance Association in 2019, Bright is a qualified speaker of cybersecurity governance for board members of public-listed companies. Since 2014,he represents as a cybersecurity and BCP speaker for APEC Korea and a frequent workshop mentor for APEC BCP and Digital Resilience Train-The-Trainer Workshop in Taiwan. By obtaining certificates of BS7799, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and IEC/ISA 62443, he is now helping localization of those standards in Taiwan. Since 2021, he joined the bridge program between Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (Taiwan) and National Institute of Standards and Technology for promoting CSF projects in Taiwan, particularly for semiconductor and other high-tech industries. He has published over 26 cyber resilience, cybersecurity standards, cyber governance and risk articles, including SEMI Standards Watch, EETimes and Bloomberg Businessweek Chinese.
