BIOGRAPHY
Basil Milton is a Senior Manager for wire bond process development at Kulicke & Soffa, Fort Washington, PA, USA. Basil has 14+ years of experience in developing improved wire bond processes to meet the needs of next generation semiconductor packages. More recently, his work has been focused on achieving synergies between wire bonding process, data analytics & Industry 4.0. He earned his B.S. & M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University.
