This prestigious event provides an international platform for researchers, engineering managers, and industrial participants to share the industry state of the art in Smart Manufacturing.

Abstract submissions will be reviewed by a program committee of industry peers and evaluated based on alignment with the conference theme.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES
By submitting an abstract you agree to the following rules and procedures:
- Submissions must use the abstract submission form
- Submissions must consist of an information section (title, authors, speaker, email), and include a description of the Motivation for the work, Approach used, and Results or conclusions.
- Abstracts must be technical in nature and focus on solutions. Abstracts that are product descriptions or are commercially focused will be rejected.
- Abstracts marked confidential or proprietary will be rejected.
- Only MS Word and PDF file formats are acceptable and can be uploaded or emailed (link)
- Abstracts must be in English.
- Abstracts are used to determine which submissions will be accepted for oral or poster presentation. Authors will be contacted by email.

SPEAKER REQUIREMENTS
If your abstract is accepted and you are invited to present, please complete these requests:
- Provide signed speaker agreement
- Headshot and short bio (500 words)
- Accepted authors must submit a PowerPoint file and a PDF file of the poster or oral presentation. The PowerPoint file will be used during oral presentation at the conference
- Presenting authors (oral and poster) must register online for the GSMC Conference
- PowerPoint Poster and Oral templates, in 16:9 aspect ratio, are downloadable from the website
