BIOGRAPHY

Thomas Neumann, TOK AmericaTwenty+ years at TOK America have been spent in a number of related but different roles.

As an account executive and regional manager, I established and managed TOK as a critical supplier to several major semiconductor makers, including Texas Instruments, Samsung and IBM/Global Foundries. 

As a Business Unit Manager I reorganized basic operations for TOK’s Equipment Marketing Division in the US - supporting customers and expanded the customer base in the US. In my current role as a general manager of the Marketing & Sales group, I am focused on both customer account support and business development activity to increase the TOK presence in existing and new markets. 

I am an both innovative results and oriented professional with a proven track record of increasing revenue, profits and market share. I have implemented internal and external procedures to improve quality and service while reducing costs, with the end result being improved customer satisfaction .

During my career, I have built productive teams and cultivated positive relationships and strategic alliances. I have been successful in start up, turn around and transitional situations.
