Raj Khattoi is Vice President and General Manager for AI Infrastructure, Computing and Consumer at Infineon Technologies, where he leads strategy and business growth across AI, data center, computing, and consumer markets. With more than 18 years of experience spanning general management, product management, sales, marketing, and P&L leadership, Raj has built a reputation for combining deep technical expertise with strong business acumen.
Prior to his current role, Raj held leadership positions at Infineon Technologies, Texas Instruments, and TDK InvenSense, driving innovation in sensors, power semiconductors, communications, and IoT technologies. He has been a vocal industry advocate for AI infrastructure, advanced power delivery, sensing technologies, and next-generation semiconductor architectures. Raj earned an MBA from the University of Cambridge and holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering
