BIOGRAPHY

Hanna Paddubrouskaya is a Sr. Research Scientist of Advanced Technology Group at Tokyo Electron America. Her primary focus is driving innovation for advanced Atomic Layer Etching (ALE), improving efficiencies in process technology, and creating sustainable new products.
Prior to joining TEL, she held the position of Project Leader at IMEC, working on emerging technology, e.g., GaN power transistors and STT-MRAM. Hanna received a PhD in Spintronics from KU Leuven, Belgium in 2016 researching a spin transport phenomenon, followed by a Post-doc in Silicon Photonics Laboratory (KU Leuven).
